1. Job Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the Bank’s credit management through independent credit appraisal and post-disbursement monitoring. The role ensures that credit decisions are supported by sound analysis and that loan portfolios are
continuously monitored to identify risks, ensure compliance, and maintain asset quality.

2. Key Responsibilities
– Develop, implement and enhance credit operation policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals and monitoring tools aligned with regulatory requirements.
– Conduct credit operations, including credit appraisal, credit administration, and post-disbursement monitoring.
– Review and supervise comprehensive credit assessments, credit approval process in accordance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.
– Identify early warning signals related to credit deterioration and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
– Manage non-performing loans and provide recommendations on actions for them.
– Perform classification of credit assets, calculation of loan provision.
– Monitor and analyze the overall performance and risk profile of the Bank’s credit portfolio, provide insights and recommendations to improve portfolio quality.
– Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to credit issues for SBV and internal control.
– Support internal audit, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.

3. Job Requirements
– Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting or other related fields.
• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in credit activities.
– Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese banking regulations, banking operations and credit operation processes.
• Skills:
+ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
+ Strong analytical, decision- making, and problem- solving capabilities.
+ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
+ Good communication and coordination skills.
• High level of professional integrity, willingness to support junior staff and knowledge transfer.

Basic Benefits: Social insurance based on salary and 12 days of annual leave, health insurance, personal accident insurance, 13th month salary and bonuses twice a year.

Working day: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Working location: Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City.

Salary: Negotiable.
