Project Manager

• Company Field: Production of Composite Materials (Carbon/Glass Prepreg & Textile), Production of interior&exterior parts, and modules for Railway, Aerospace, Automotive, and etc.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

I. Planning Project(Railway/Aerospace parts program) and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
• Establish clear project milestones and ensure timely completion of project phases.

II. Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to update them on project progress, address concerns, and adjust plans as necessary.

III. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage and minimize risks.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to mitigate legal and financial risks

IV. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports that global partners require including RFQ and manufacturing costs etc.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.

V. Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives within the budget constraints.
• Monitor and report on project financials, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

VI. Cross Functional Leadership:

• Lead diverse projects, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment between the related departments over the affiliates.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with C2i(one of the affiliates in Slovakia)to ensure project success.

Essential Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management (preferably within the railway or aerospace industry).
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
